class rep trainingThe club chairs and leaders of Zetech University held a good training on June 29, 2022. Mr. Eugene Okanda, the CEO of Unlock Leaders Youth Summit, served as the trainer for the day. The leaders gained knowledge on how to lead effectively and how to hold and act in that capacity in the classroom or even in front of the community. Mr. Okanda underlined to them that effective leadership is not about making noise, but rather about knowing how to handle a situation and find a solution. They were inspired by the traits of a good leader, which include leading with a purpose and vision. The leaders also learned how to become a great leader and how to create an impression that would inspire others. We are grateful to our trainer Mr. Eugene Okanda for taking time to train our young upcoming leaders.
