Job Summary

A growing company bursting with innovation creativity and passion in order to satisfy their customer’s needs, they are looking for Head of People who will develop the staff, create an engaged workforce, set up process and systems and simply add to the work culture. This is a new position hence the successful Head of People will carry the strategic people aspect of the company.



  • Support the CEO in the implementation of company’s principles
  • Lead the hiring and onboarding of new employees as they scale up to infinity
  • Lead the development and implementation of professional growth and training opportunities
  • Creating a caring HR Function
  • Provide leadership on people-related issues and policies across the company.
  • Be able to communicate at all levels in the company and to support business development and change.


  • At least 5 Years of Proven experience in a similar role
  • Masters, BA/BSc in Human Resources or related field
  • Must hold a Valid HR Practicing License
  • Experience in leading People Operations or Human Resources team.
  • Show the ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
  • Must have an outstanding emotional intelligence and excel at understanding
  • Be a strong critical thinker and solve problems

Required education: Bachelor’s degree
Required relevant work experience: 5 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
